Formerly Advanced Permanent Cosmetic Academy, we are now called Sapphire Studios Cosmetic Tattoo Academy. Located in Naperville, IL, with the same staff, same location, and same comprehensive packages, we are proud to be the FIRST and longest running permanent makeup workshop location in the entire Midwest. Our team of talented professionals are qualified to guide you in your career to be the best cosmetic tattoo artist you can be!

At our academy, we have a team of talented artists so our students will learn a variety of different techniques and tricks from each person.
During your practical days, you will be paired one-on-one with an experienced professional for the entire duration of the procedures.
